All yo need to do is visit websites or online stores that have integrated shopping lists, so that you go prepared for shopping and are well informed on excat requirements. That way, you will never go overboard and be a proud mommy with smart shopping skills. Or else, use free shopping tools like Infodoro Shopping list to create and print or e-mail your shopping lists, when you go shopping.

Also, try shopping tools by merchants like Aisle and Aisle if you need a Free but a bare shopping planner only.

Pass on some tips to me too, if you have any besides these...I am also trying to be a SMart mommy... Your help is needed.

Cheers -

I have a master shopping list in excel. The list is in order following my grocery store's layout. I pull up the list and edit it each week. I print out a list for my store trip.

I also have a monthly menu. I usually only plan out what we are eating for the week but keep the monthly menu going. If I plan to far ahead, I find myself with too much food.

ITs a great idea! I want to start making excel lists for the grocery and places like CVS. Thanks for sharing!

I need to get together a monthly menu.. I think it would make things a lot easier. I never know where to start.... I haven't tried one of those lists though.
