Let's come up with a list of free things to do with your family.

1. Free concerts in the park.
2. Make your own bubbles and paint from stuff you probably already have in your cupboards.
3. Free events at the library. Every week they have a craft, and both libraries have lots of free events (weekly science experiments for kids 6 and older, visitors like magicians, police officers with K9 cops, etc).
4. Tag
5. Hide and Go seek

Go camping in the backyard.
Picnic, kite flying, swings at the park.
Scavenger hunts.
Go somewhere remote if you don't already live in the sticks and watch the meteor shower on August 12.
Family hikes on local trails.
