Being FREE is a great benefit, but I drink water because I like it, and because it's healthy. I admit, I am amazed at how much money people spend on soda and "fruit" drinks, which have no nutritional value. Both at home, and when eating out, drinking water is a simple way to save money.

I am trying to drink more water. I admit I do order water when I am out to make things cheaper. Every little bit helps plus it doesn't hurt to drink a ZERO calorie drink with all the bad stuff I shouldn't be eating!

we mostly drink water, it's free, good for us and we prefer it. Sometimes I'll have a glass of milk and I like to make a pitcher of unsweetened herbal iced tea every week. I only buy juice or soda if we have a big craving or a reason to have it, which is barely ever.

ds also drinks water. He has milk with meals and one toddler juice box every day after nap (and he looks forward to it!) and the rest of the time it's water.

Drinking water is overall just a good habit to have

Honestly, I just don't like water!

Even in our home, we use a water service and I still won't drink it plain. I use it for tea or coffee or lemonaid, but I don't drink water. Dh does and even buddy's water dish is filled from the water service jug.

When we go out, I always order unsweet tea.

I love ice water. It's all I order when we go out to eat, and yes I'm trying to drink more water and less pop.

I love water - especially after having kidney stones -I drink a lot more. I love soda too, but those are empty calories...
