I'm often sad after hearing how great Aldi's is to shop at, because we don't have one anywhere in our state. We have a Walmart Supercenter, and then another grocery store called, Goodson's. Goodson's can be rather high on most things, so I usually go to Walmart. We do have a Sav-A-Lot in town, but I don't shop there very much because DH is rather picky. But seeing as how our financial situation has taken a turn for the worse, I think it's time I start paying a visit to Sav-A-Lot again.

Anyone out there shop at Sav-A-Lot? What items do you buy there?

Personally I dont think their prices are much better than walmart but I haven't shopped there in quite a while.

I usually do alot of shopping at walmart because its in town. Aldi's is about 20 minutes away i go there every once in a while. If we had a save a lot around here i would definetly go there i love that store.

I have shopped at sav-a-lot i usually go to wal-mart we dont have anything else here either and aldis is an 11/2 away.I dont buy their meat.

We shop at wal-mart and sav a lot. We actually compared prices and our sav a lot is cheaper then wal mart by quite a bit actually. Luckily they have a lot of name brand items as well and they take coupons so we get them super cheap.
