I get the regular Kool-aid when it's on sale. The kids love picking out flavors (cheap entertainment!). They'll spend 5 minutes picking out 7 for $1 or whatever it is. I agree it's terrible stuff, but it's a cheap drink when their friends cover over. That's mainly what we use it for.

We don't drink kool-aid. I did buy some the other day to make scented cards though. I bought Kool-aid brand lol

Me either. We're not juice drinkers either. My kids drink water a lot of the time, skim milk with meals. We're not very imaginative here! LOL!

I don't buy it either. My kids have had it and didn't drink it. They would rather have real juice so that's what I buy for them.

I don't buy either. We drink water 99.9% of the time. Otherwise we drink milk.

We drink gallons of Kool-Aid in this house and my two are both grown! They get tired of sweet tea and carbonated drinks and want their Kool-Aid.
Store brand is a much better buy, but Kool-Aid provides the consumer with such a better variety of flavors! I've never seen Kool-Aid on sale though, I have seen it in multi packs of one flavor for 88 cents.
Kool-Aid used to put points on the backs of their packs for you to collect and turn in for merchandise and I bet I have a gazillion of those things packed away in different tins around in my kitchen! I wonder if they still take those things?

I have tried the off brand stuff and koolaid is better, however I am diabetic so I buy the sugar free stuff which is more money. But I think the koolaid brand is better than the others. I just like the flavors. Who says you have to be a kid to like koolaid.
