potatoes. My MIL makes yummy potatoes, sliced and drizzled with olive oil and seasoning salt then wrapped in foil. I haven't actually made it yet because we haven't used our grill yet, but someday!

Yum! This reminds me of what we call "hobo dinner." It's diced potatoes, carrots, onions with a little bit of hamburger in foil. Mmmm....
