Be on the lookout for 4th of July sales. Traditionally you can find deals on condiments like ketchup and mustard and on meat.

I call it my semiannual stockup on Heinz ketchup. (The other being Super Bowl sales).

Thanks so much for the reminder!! I had not even thought about stocking up on condiments. My kids go thru ketchup like it is going out of style. I have been working on using up food in the freezers so I do have a little room for meats.
