How often do you shop with a list?

I ALWAYS HAVE a list,, but I 'NEVER' buy ONLY what's on the list!!

I love to be frugal

I always make a list but I usually forget it. I hate that I put time into making my list, checking the fridge/freezers, cupboards and pantry and than walk out the house without it. I need to look at my phone and see if I cant put my list on that. I always have that stupid thing with me.

I always make a list for grocery shopping, but sometimes i will find things on sale or something that looks good and put it in the cart.
