I found two cookbooks at the library that might help with your grocery budget.
One is The $7 a meal slow cooker cookbook: 201 inexpensive meals the whole family will love! and
The $7 a meal cookbook:301 delicous, nutritious recipes the whole family will love! both are by Linda Larsen
Each recipe has how much it costs to make beside it.
