Easily a cobbler. Flour, sugar, water, and some frozen fruit (like apples or strawberries).

Cake Mix cookies. 3 Ingredients, cake mix, which is usually less than $1 at Walmart, 2 eggs, half stick of butter, both usually in my fridge.

Quick bread especially bananas. At any given time I have at least 6 or more ripe bananas in the freezer. I always have everything else on hand. Very easy and my kids love it. Three boys can eat one loaf in less than one day.
Cookies from scratch; sugar, chocolate chip, chocolate crinkles, oatmeal raisin. I always have all those ingredients on hand.
Muffins: banana nut or blueberry. I always have stuff for those.

Dump cake.
Boxed cake mix, I buy store brand on sale sometimes as low as fifty cents.
A can each of pineapple and cherry pie filling, again store brand on sale for a dollar or less.
Two sticks of butter, which I usually have in my freezer.

Mine is Jewish Sugar Cookies

4 eggs well beaten
2 c brown sugar packed ( I usually just use white sugar)
1 1/2 c flour
1 tsp vanilla
1 c chopped nuts (optional)

Mix all ingredients well, pour into a well greased 10x15 inch pan. Bake 15-30 min in a 350F oven. I find time changes with oven and climate.
Cut into squares.

Icing
1 1/2 c powdered sugar
2tsp cinnamon
4 tbsp heavy cream ( I just use regular milk)

Mix all ingredients together and spread over the hot squares.
