Nope - I'm the only one in the family who is willing to cook a turkey, and I'm not willing to do two that close together.
We have roast beef and a seafood gumbo for Christmas dinner (Himself and my bil don't eat gumbo).

I've started making lasagna for Christmas! :-) Whenever we are at my house, which changes year to year. The last two years it was for Christmas Eve, but that's my new tradition and I'm sticking to it! If we are at my in-laws, we have ham.

We have Ham! Though I must say although it has never been this way for me. I still think Ham=Easter ,Turkey=Thanksgiving, and Prime Rib=Christmas. Don't know why?!
