I know it is not much, but around here any way, it is the first drop I have seen in a very long time!!! I was super excited when I came home from the store last night (I know I must lead a dull life )

I'm still surprised at how much other people pay for milk. This wk our meijer has milk for $2 a gallon and our kroger has half gallons $1.25.

Depending on which store you went to milk went up $0.60 - $1.00 extra here!

Up until about 3 weeks ago around here you could get milk for $1.99. This week I found it for 2.99 and felt very lucky

i think milk out our local grocery store is between 3-4 dollars a gallon. i dont pay much attention to that since i get it on wic, thank god. but pepsi on the other hand has gone up crazy!!LOL. i am addicted to soda, i drink way too much. well it is 5.49 a 12 pack now at my grocery store and most other places in my town the lowest i have found when not on sale is 4.09 a 12 pack. i am seriously trying to cut done, i dont knwo if i will be able to but i am really going to try, the problem is that is all i like to drink.

I bought some today @ Lowe's Foods (because I was there) for 3.99. That's cheaper than food lion and walmart here. It is 10-20 cent more expensive than Sams, but I didn't feel like battling there today.

2 bucks a gallon is great! I wish! my son is drinking whole milk now and we go through a gallon in no time!

Our Kroger and Meijers both have it at 2.50 this week. I am going to stock up on it today or tommorow. We go through a gallon a day. When it gets close to 4 dollars a gallon, I try to get them to drink koolaid with a meal or two.
