Latest Blog Entry: FTJ Spending freeze
Blog Entries: 11
Scenario: Jane is the mother to a family of 4. Due to car problems she only has $35 to spend on groceries for this week. This is what she has on hand in the pantry:
1 loaf of bread
1/2 gallon of milk
canned veg: corn, green beans, peas
instant mashed potatoes
cereal and oatmeal
flour, sugar, and other baking needs/spices
2 lbs of ground beef
1 lb turkey
spaghetti
canned fruit:fruit cocktail, pears, peaches
eggs
ketchup, mustard

What menu would you come up with to help Jane for the week? What ingredients would you have her buy for the week?
