I was mixing 1/2 gallon of dry milk to 1/2 gallon of store bought milk for a long time before anyone noticed. I also use mine in dry mixes that I keep on hand, such as homemade bisquick, homemade cornmeal Jiffy mix, and hot chocolate mix. That sort of stuff. I have never used it like the ladies above mentioned but will have to attempt it now that I know it can be done.
