I am finding this to be very productive in accumulating coupons, but not many people do this. Today, while opening my Kashi Go lean crunch cereal(great stuff), I found that the box attached that was supposed to contain a free granola bar was empty. I immediately called the company. The lady was very nice and immediately sent me a coupon for a free product. She said I could try the granola bars on them, but really I can use the coupon for anything. My strategy is to wait and use the coupon when a store has the Kashi cereal on sale B1G1 and then get two items for free!
