How many people have meatless meals routinely? What is your favorite meatless meal to make?

I can usually get 1 or 2 meatless meals in a week, and I plan them on days dh's is working. The girls's favorite is "breakfast night" when we have french toast or pancakes.

We eat a lot of meatless meals. Normaly we eat seafood or veggie dishes about 2-3 times a week.

I usually try 2 or 3 - depends on when my husband is home or not. Though the last time he was gone, I made salmon patties! Can you say, "Heaven!" He has a dinner this week and me and the kids are having salmon patties again! YUM!!

We usually go meatless 2x a week. One night with seafood and another night with pasta or pizza. It really helps the budget!

I do at least two, it varies.

Pasta
Breakfast for dinner (homemade pancakes or waffles)
Eggs (casserole or tortillas)
Pizza

If my husband is not home, I rarely make meat for supper.

I was going to write the same thing. My dh is away Mon-Thurs so we generally only eat meat on weekends.

Only when dh is gone!

He doesn't like pasta or noodles of any kind, and only likes baked or green beans. So meat and potatoes and bread is just about all he will eat!

I only do a meatless meal about once a week, if that. I just cant seem to get around it. I have tried making meatless spag. sauce but everyone noticed. Although dh is gone a lot, the boys like meat too. I havent cooked dinner much this month due to working lots of nights, so when I am home, I try and make good meals which always include some meat.

That is about what I plan also for meatless meals. My DD just LOVES when I don't make meat 'cause she is not a huge fan of it!
