I hope so - dh makes us all a 'big breakfast' at least once on the weekends and egg prices here keep creeping up...

I hope so. We go through at least 18 eggs a week - sometimes more. Being able to get them cheaper for awhile would be nice.

I hope they go on sale, I need 2 dozen to color for our church Easter Egg hunt and we voted to do real eggs instead of plastic!

Hmm...it seems like the price would go up! The price of eggs is ridiculous, so thanks for the good news!

i have a question, i just thought of this, if the prices do go down,
is it possible to make something with the eggs like scrambled eggs and freeze them.
I wounder if it works??????
if it would taste ok when you defreeze it and heat it back up.
anyone ever do this?

We can go thru an 18 pack of eggs in a week easy. And that is just mainly wth the boys eating breakfast! I have decided this year to do plastic easter eggs for our hunt. One to keep the cost down on the grocery bill and I will reuse the eggs later.
BESTMOMMYSAVER-I have not yet looked at ChickyHip's article that she found yet, but I make up batches of breakfast burritos to freeze all the time. I did also today may breakfast hot pockets too. Just another idea for you!
