This recipe is for Tuna Salad that my mom used to make and now, I do. My children love it. Chop 1 small onion, a few dill pickles (from a huge jar from Costco), 3 stalks of celery. Transfer into a large bowl then, add 1 lb. of cooked elbow macaroni, 2 cans of tuna, 3/4-1 cup of Miracle Whip(or store-brand salad dressing), 1/2 bag frozen peas-thawed, salt and pepper. Mix together and refrigerate for a few hours. You may need to add a little more Miracle Whip, depending on your preference. I usually serve this with pita bread on the side, of course bought from the bread outlet. If I get everything on sale, the cost is under $5.
