I know a few of us save the extra veggies we have left over for a veggie soup. I lost my recipe.. does anyone know of one.. the seasoning mix..

One that uses the left over veggies from meals and what i have chopped. I do not like to waste. The one I had had noodles and some spices in it. And you could add meat but i usually made it without meat.
