Hi! I still have 3 Easter bunnies staring at me and we have all lost interest in them. Does anyone have any ideas for novice bakers?

I searched some of the forums and found recipes for Potato Chocolate and Peanut Butter Muffins. Yum!

I guess I could just chop them up and use them like chocolate chips. I also thought of freezing them, but then why do I need 3 frozen bunnies in my freezer??

I vaguely remember my mother melting our Easter candy and then adding raisins, nuts, coconut, etc. She would pour the chocolate into circles on wax paper lined cookie sheets. I think she froze them too. (My mom didn't remember it well either.)

Any advice or tips would be welcome

you could melt them with some shortening for some fondue. I am not sure if easter bunny chocolate is as dense as chocolate chips and just might melt all over.

I just recently broke up some chocolates and put them in a large zip-loc with Vic's popcorn for an awesome snack. A gallon bag was gone in 1 day (due to DH and a friend). It's the whole salty/sweet thing.
