List your favorite meatless meals that others can try to help save money on the food budget.

-Grilled cheese and tomato soup
-Scrambled eggs, omelets, fried egg sandwiches
-Pancakes
-French toast
-Stuffed french toast
-Baked or overnight french toast
-Brown sugar glazed salmon
-Teriyaki salmon
-Orange roughy (I put mine in the pan. Add alittle salt and a squirt of lemon. Add mushrooms and cheese and broil till done)

-Potato Soup

For myself (when hubby is not home)
Tuna casserole
Tuna sandwiches or wraps
Rice w/broccoli spears
Buttered Egg noodles w/veggie

These are very occasional but FAVS!
Steamed shrimp
Crab Imperial
Crab Cakes
Steamed Crabs
Broiled Scallops
Salmon cakes or grilled salmon
Fried Oyster sandwiches
Oyster Stew

Spagetti with sauce is #1 but rice and beans is a close second. Egg sandwich's are good too!

we do the grilled cheese and tomato soup also.

but we also like:
potato soup
black bean n salsa soup
bean n cheese burritos
stuffed baked potatoes(w/canned chili n cheese or broccoli n cheese)
salads
spaghetti w/just red sauce
pasta w/garlic alfredo n broccoli
mac n cheese w/broccoli
Irish nachos(french fries loaded w/cheese green onions,bacon bits n sour cream)
and we also occasionaly do breakfast for dinner

We love Veggie Spaghetti. Instead of beef you cut up a bunch of vegetables, add some spinach, cook it up and add spaghetti sauce and voila. You have awesome yummy spaghetti.
