Do you make your own popsicles, granola bars, fruit roll up (aka fruit leather in cookbooks)? Would you like to share your tried and true recipes?

I make my own popsicles only because I have a wood aversion .. much like Doozer's foot phobia. I have a wood phobia. I can not put wood in my mouth or cook with wood (wooden spoon)

I really should make my own granola bars. Fibre1 just does so much of a better job than I ever have.

I will share recipes later if anyone wants them.

I've been on a muffin kick lately. This week I made chocolate chip and pumpkin chocoloate chip. There was no cereal eaten in this house this week.

I make rice crispy treats, muffins and cookies regularly.

You can also make popsicles from the juice that comes from canned fruit if you buy the kind packed in juice. Even the kind packed in water. I make lots of muffins too. The kids love them!!
