I buy my husband glacier freeze and fruit punch. We have never tried the powdered gatorade.

I do once in awhile. Especially when I have an upset stomach it seems to help clean me out. I like the taste and different flavors.

I used to buy the Rain or Frost and have it on hand if we were sick, but once I read the label and saw it's nothing but high fructose corn syrup, I wont buy it.

My kids love it, but our dentist told us not to drink much of it. It's even worse for your teeth than soda. Gives me another reason not to get it.

My kids aren't fans of any flavored 'drinks'...they are just full of garbage - sugar, artifical colors and who knows what else, so it's just as well. They really drink water 90% of the time. They like fresh (real) lemonade, so they drink that a lot during the summer too. I do buy gatorade and other types of flavored drinks occasionally when they're on sale, and stock it up in our garage fridge for when we have parties or the kids have friends over.
