Nope. I stockpile in preparation of tight times. When we have no extra money I buy only what is needed most, and plan to cook from scratch amap.

That is the one of the reasons for stockpiling, to help you out when the budget is tight. And you only stockpile when you have the extra money to spend.

Just buy only what you have to have, when money is tight.

I think that is One of the main Reasons People Stockpile - When they Have a tight Month Or can't Get to the store for whatever Reason.

I Only Really add to My Stockpile every week when Its a Free or Great Deal.
otherwise I Buy alot extra When I Have the $$ and when Things are on Sale. Likee about Every 10 Weeks or So Our store Does alot Of 10 for $10.00 Items and Then another store Does Triple coupons every other Month.

I agree with what everyone else has posted. Wait until you have alittle extra cash to stockpile. It takes times, just keep at it when you can. Eventually you will have a stockpile that you will be able to feed your family without any worries during those tight weeks.

I stockpile when I have the extra $. Last week I was short on grocery money so I am so glad I had a lot of extra meat on hand in the freezer.

I must be the odd man out here. I stockpile as long as I can. If there is a great sale this week and I really need multiples of that item, then I buy it. But I will say that if I am short on money, I do try to stay out of the stores.
