Question What do you use to hold your pens and pencils in on your desk?

Okay so I am reaching for an idea. LOL.

Just sitting here looking at the collection of coffee cups that I have on my desk. (I don't drink coffee) I have 2 different one holding pens and pencils and one holding jewelery. ( I am terrible about taking off earrings and such and just laying them down, having something on my desk to hold them has kept me from losing so many)
Two of them are from my dd that she got at the thrift store for me for mothers day and the other is actually not a coffee mug but a beer styn that my dm got for me years ago commemerating the Cleveland Indians 1195 central division championship.

What do you have your pens and pencils in and are they special to you?

I just use a plastic cup that I caught at a Mardi Gras parade.

The kids both made a real cute plastic holder when they were each in first grade. It has an insert that they drew on, plus a school picture of them from first grade. We've got an overload of pens, so both of them are full!

A turquoise hobnail-type glass mug that belonged to my mother. I used to use a regular coffee mug but this is prettier.
