Yes...we have everything photographed, appraised, insured etc We keep all that information in our safe at home. Our attorney and a family member also have copies.

Yes - we have several pieces of antique furniture and a couple of paintings that are pretty valuable. Even though we couldn't replace them (they're heirlooms from Himself's family), we would still like to be able to get the value of them if the house burned down.
