How do you pay your bills? Do you write checks and mail them? Do you pay online? Do you deliver the payment yourself?

House note and life insurance - mail a check.
Water, electricity - pay through my bank's website. To pay through the electric or water company's website, they charge an extra fee, and I'm not paying them extra for the privilege of giving them money. The bank has a 1-2 day delay on payments, so if it's close to the due date, and we're facing being disconnected, I go to the electricity pay station a couple of blocks from the house and give them a check, which gets credited to my bill immediately, or go to the water company office, which is across the street from my church and hand them a check.
Cable, car insurance, student loan - company's website
Credit card - automatic draft

Daycare by check which I personally hand them.
Water and trash bill, check which I mail
House, credit cards, student loans, electric, cable, and car, through my bank's online bill pay.
If I have charged anything on my Macy's card, I pay that off monthly inside the store.

Rent, cashier's check or money order I hand deliver. Elec. bill and phone bill, hand delivered cash. (small rural companies that don't have online pay) everything else I pay online.
I've had too many checks get lost in the mail or arrive late, it scares me to mail personal checks because of it. The trash bill is the only thing I mail and that's because there's no other option, but I send a money order instead of check. Oh and DH's truck payment can only be mailed too, (they won't even take a payment over the phone) and we send a cashiers check for that too, but that's his responsibility. He's only made 4 payments so far and the first one was returned saying it was wrong address (it wasn't) so we resent it certified mail and it took almost 3 weeks to post. The second payment was sent certified mail and took 2 weeks to post. Neither certified letter showed delivered. I'm terrified one of his payments will never show up. We're going to refinance his truck as soon as possible so we don't have to deal with that lender anymore, because something is fishy about it all.

Car insurance, dd health insurace are automatically paid on a specific date. The rest are paid through online banking. The only things I right checks for are medical bills and misc things that come up.

Most I pay online or have them drafted from our account. The rest I write checks and mail them in.
