When I have time. Some get done well in advance, some get done ten mintues before the recipient opens them.

Me too, I wrap on Christmas Eve, and my dh put toys together while we watch the Christmas Vacation movie!

I LOVE to wrap presents, already have the majority of mine wrapped although not decorated. That way I can still stack them up and not squish ribbons, bows, etc. I write a small number on the underside of the wrapped gift and then the number, who it's for, and what it is in a notebook. I also keep my envelope of receipts in the notebook also. I've done post-its on the gifts before but had instances where they fell off and I had to unwrap a gift just to double check who it was for. Plus, now that ds is reading pretty well I don't want him to get hold of a gift and know what he or someone else is getting.

Maybe 10 days out. After the tree is up & all decorating is done. I use the big dining room table, so I can put on holiday music & look out into the big snowy back yard & enjoy the tree. I can't do it too far ahead for fear the cat will pee on them.

I will wrap them about two weeks before. They are easier to store unwrapped.

I usually wrap a few weeks ahead of time. Although this year I've had Christmas gifts hiding in my closet for nearly 9 months!!

This year I think probably in a couple weeks I'm going to wrap them and do what Kim mentioned...put post its on the packages so I don't forget!

I get the presents and dh wraps them.

He wraps a whole lot better than I do, plus he loves to wrap them. So why should I spoil his fun

Usually we don't get them wrapped until the week before Christmas - this year I hope to wrap them much sooner - I want them out of my closet- santa presents will remain hidden in the closet but I think the rest will be under the tree ASAP - closet is really cramped right now.
