i have a calender on the fridge for kids activities, etc
i have one in my purse
I schedule everything!
I make list
I have plastic file boxes on the wall for each child(school papers, important papers that need to be signed, etc.
And i have the kids do 1 chore each daily,to help me not go crazy cleaning everything myself

I'm also a list person...

I also like to say to myself, okay, before you do anything else you're going to _______. It doesn't seem like you can get a lot done in 30 minutes or even 15, but you totally can. It's great for jobs like tidying up the garage of basement, where you just get in there, work hard and then can walk away from it until the next day.

I am part of a M.O.M.S. group in our church and several of us have searched around for the perfect calendar book. We have found Amy Knapp's Family Organizer. It has a place for your grocery list, to do list, weekly calendar and a place for your meals each night of the week. It is a wonderful and very concise book. I found it at www.familyorganizer.com. I have also seen them chepaer at Wal-Mart, but I order my online because I like the Christian version and it can only be ordered there.
