I have a friend who works for Merrymaids. We saw her last weekend at a birthday party and got to talking about cleaning supplies. She told me that they use dawn dish soap for EVERYTHING! Eight drops of Dawn to one of those large spray bottles you get from the garden section. She said they use it on everything from the bathroom, kitchen, windows, carpet spots (rinse with water adn vinigar to get the soap residue out),...you name it! I am going to try it. SO much cheaoer than all the different cleaners. i think I will use a little beach for germ killing in the bathroom/kitchen though.

Cool! Everyone seems to recommend Dawn! I just wonder how you can clean windows with soap?? Would it leave it all streaky?

I love Dawn, it's all I'll use for dish washing so I'll have to try this!

Thanks, I'll have to try this. I knew it worked pretty well for fiberglass shower/tub units, but didn't realize just how versatile Dawn could be!
