I was just wondering, because I used to have one cleaner for kitchen counters, one for bathroom counters, one for the toilet, one for the tub, one for my linoleum floors, one for my wood floors, one for dusting and one for the windows. I've cut back now, and use the same cleaner for my kitchen and bathroom counters, I also use it for the outside of the toilet. A separate one for the toilet bowl. And I bought a floor cleaner I can use on both the linoleum and wood floors. I use a vinegar based cleaner for the windows.

How many different cleaners do you use?

Well, I use a windex type cleaner, a toilet bowl cleaner, scouring powder (good for lots of things!) and a lysol type cleaner. So that is 4.

Orange cleaner or vinegar for all hard surfaces, bleach ONLY if necessary, and Magic Erasers.

I use softscrub with bleach on the bathrooms and laminate floor cleaners on the floor. I also use windex (Walmart brand) and magic erasers. So - in total, I use 4 cleaners. Oh wait - I also use baking soda in place of carpet and furniture fresheners.

Let's see, vinegar, Dr Bronner's, baking soda, Borax, dish liquid and laundry detergent. In a variety of combinations. Ocassionally salt is added.

No commercial cleaning products here, unless you count laundry detergent (I use All Free & Clear). Just water, vinegar, baking soda and lemon juice. Takes care of everything! I do use Arm & Hammer baking soda based fresh scent carpet powder once a week before vacuuming because I have 2 dogs.

I use Method cleaning products from Target. The multi purpose cleaner, furniture polish, and the glass cleaner. Then I use scrubbing bubbles for the bathroom and also baking soda for my sliding glass shower doors that I hate to clean. So I think that is a total of 5.

Any better ideas on cleanig glass shower doors?

Simple green, windex, and once in awhile a little bleach. Though sometimes I use a little vinegar and baking soda - depending on my mood and what I have available.

Vinegar and Tilex are the only ones I use regularly. I have others from trying them out, but I like these the best. (Simple Green, though, I do admit, is my favorite in getting out gum in my children's clothes!!)

Wow! I have too many- all I must say that I only paid little for! I have 2 bathroom cleaners, 2 kitchen cleaners, 1 pledge cleaner and of course my mulit surface Windex. I also admit that my DH got super degreaser for washing the car that I use diluted for many messy jobs that need degreased (the hood over the stove and etc- also came in handy for cleaning outside toys!).
