I hate my dining room. Now the walls are off-white, I have a huge rug under the dining room table that is navy blue and cream. Cream color sheers on the windows.
I need some ideas - what color do you have in your dining room - any decor themes? There is a large doorway between my living room and dining room and my living room is painted a light tan and my colors in there are tan and burgandy. Any tips or ideas would be appreciated! TIA!

I am not the best at decdorating- though it sounds like it is too drab. You need some color.
I think you may need to change the rug or go with a blue theme. Put some color on the walls- even get better drapes. The drapes can still be sheers. Get a rod and drape them over it. Paintings on the walls also help. It really does not cost a lot to fix up a room.
