my boys rooms is blue with white trim not baby blue but a darker shade. they have bunk beds and they have ninja turtles comforters and curtains ect..

my new nursery for our soon to be here girl is gonna be a lime green accent wall behind the crib with these words i ordered from my sister(she sells uppercase living looks like it is hand stenciled or painted and really is like a tatoo sticker) they say believe imagine wonder and dream the will be placed randomly. i purchased a down hot pink comforter for the crib. so lime green and hot pink are the colors my step mom is gonna make valances in hot pink with lime green trim on the bottom. just wanted something different.

I went w/ sir leaps a lot for my babe - figured it could go boy or girl (it's really sir leaps a lot and lady lavender!)... and the room is painted light green (if I have a girl next I want to paint the room lavender!)

PS - no this isn't his room - it's the advertisement pic for the bedroom theme... I don't have most of that stuff - just the bedding and paintings.
i love your babys room

Debellafunk, I'm totally with you on that one (not being able to make a living doing it) -- I live in a really rural area and being a designer here would be like being a snow-shoveler in Florida.

But it is my dream as well, so I just do it for me and anyone else who will let me

My boys share a room. *The walls are white, but I have painted murals on them in the transportation theme and things Marcus loves. *There are a few decals left, but most have fallen down. *I have a matching rug and nightlight too. *The general colors are denim and red and the furniture is a light maple.

Sorry about the size, I resized to 25% in photobucket, but it is still huge - if anyone can resize for me, feel free!!!!

I love the doors. Our new house has the bi-fold closet doors and I hate them. Is that paint or did you cover them?

they are covered.... I bought sheets on sale... I think I got 2 flat twin sheet for Penneys for like $8 and *cut them down the middle. Spay glued batting to the doors. (next time I may to cork tho) then stapled to the back of the door. then the ribbon ( make sure it is double sided ribbon) stapleing to the back of the door ... I marked the center and then from the center to the end in half again. *then I just bought ulpostry nails and where the ribbon inter sected hamered them in. It is time consuming tho... Hence that her doors are only half done... I just haven't had the time to finish them.

DD is 10 she picked out the colors for her room.two walls are purple and two wall are royal blue...very bold!!! She has a loft bed that has a sheer curtain all around it...a few pics on the wall

dd is 8.....his room is decorated totally in Detroit Red Wings. All white walls and a Detroit border...I found two huge beach towels that are Red Wings and they hang on the wall.pics and poster of Red Wings Players...a red wing fleece blanket on his bed as a bedspread....and I found some mini hickey stickes at the dollar store that say Red Wings. I also hang up his Red Wing Jerseys as he outgrows them(we have them from size 6 months and up)
