Default Saving money tip on matress pads

When the matress pads get worn and the edges start coming apart I cut them up and use them for matress pad on the toddler bed, crib or porta crib. Just messure the size and cut it to fit. You can zig zag the edges so it doesn't frey. I have even not sewn a few and they don't frey anyway. Matress pads for cribs are so darn expensive, almost $10 for one. You can almost make 3 this way and you don't even spend a dime.

I cut them and use them as a protector under the baby's car seat.
