I am obsessed with the new glade scented oil candle refills. I wrote Glade and told them I love their product, and the scents available, and that they will always have me as a customer. They called one day and said they were sending me 3 refill packs for free. Definitely wasn't expecting that. They will have me as a customer for life!
I guess it pays to tell companies what a great job they're doing. I think they liked the positive feedback.

CVS had the spiced rose/vanilla candle holders on clearance last week for $3.50. I had two $3.00 off coupons so I brought them for .50 each. I love them too. First time trying them!!

Phone calls to companies have great results sometimes. I had a coupon for the dial hand wash with yogurt and ended up getting them for .20 ea. Well I couldn't get the pump to pop up to use it so I called the company just to ask them how to open it and was informed it muct have malfunctioned so they are sending me free coupons to cover all 4 of the ones I bought! Love those phone calls.
