Definitely dishwasher. I run my daily and put everything in there, even crystal. Everything. I get cranky when I run across something that doesn't fit or absolutely can't go in the dishwasher.

WEll, I hate handwashing.. BUT I can not stand the dishwasher doing a half job.. So, I am doing more by hand than by dishwasher. I prefer them clean the frst time around.

Oh I can't wait to have a dishwasher one day!! Washing by hand just BLOWS! My hands get so dry and it just takes so much time...ICK! It wouldn't be as bad if I had a nice window to look out but NO I have a tiny tiny kitchen and stare at the wall. Hopefully one day soon we'll be on the move and able to buy our own house within the year. Praying that's our future. :-) I say definately DISHWASHER is best. I'd say ya save a lot of water that way too

Definitely dishwasher! I'd give up my washing machine before my dw! You can take clothes to the laundromat, but where are you gonna take your dirty dishes? I put everything that will fit in it and always rinse dishes before they go in. I've had very few problems with items not coming clean -- usually something that someone put in and forgot to rinse.

I have never had a dishwasher now, nor growing up. I say that I hate doing dishes but I do them everyday and do find doing them to be calming

ever since we got a dishwasher my husband does the dishes!!! and I don't mean sometimes... everynight! I'd never go without one again. Then I'd have to start doing the dishes again. You just have to make sure that you rinse your dishes off after you use them. That is the key. Don't wait to rinse them off when you are doing the dishes. Also, you have to make sure that you have the settings right for the load that you are washing!

I would love to have a dishwasher, but since I don't, I love to have my dd wash the dishes for me by hand!

I use dishwasher every other day. I sometimes wash pots and pans by hand, or that pesky thing that wont get clean in the dishwasher even though you run it 5 times. LOL

I dont know which is more frugal....and I dont care. I hate dishes! LOL
