Hi!
Just did this myself after talking with a Home Depot employee. Instead of purchasing a low-flow showerhead, he told me to contact my water district, because sometimes they give them away. Sure enough, I called and they gave me one for each of my showers in my home! I'm still waiting to see if it makes a difference on the water bill, but no matter what, I'm conserving water!
