Like Kim said, check out the crockpot recipes. You can cook chicken, dried beans and other things in the crockpot.

I know what you mean. we've been using our Foreman a lot in this heat. we made burgers and hot dogs on it yesterday and my 3 year old said Mommy, I like these hot dogs very best
