Here are a couple of household uses for Petroleum Jelly:

-WIPE AWAY WATER MARKS - Dab with petroleum jelly and let sit for 24 hours. Wipe off the excess and polish furniture as normal.

-LOOSEN UP OUTDOOR LIGHTBULBS - Dirt and dust can cause outdoor bulbs to stick. To prevent this just rub a little petroleum jelly on the threads of the bulb before you screw it in and it won't stick in the future.
