I followed Kim's recipe for homemade babywipes and I LOVE them! I think they are better than the name brands! They are so soft and smell wonderful! I'm never buying babywipes from a store again!

I make my own wipes, too! Mine don't smell quite so nice because I add a little vinegar, otherwise they get mold, but they work great and they are cheap!

Where is Kim's recipe?
Also, I was searching high and low for her homemade bubble recipe. I had found one online and the bubbles didn't work all that great. Just made a big soapy mess . I am sure that Kim's recipe will work better

Sorry, I don't know where the recipe is. We've made our own since our oldest (7) was born. They work great and are so much better, in my opinion, than store bought ones!

1 roll premium paper towels (If you use a cheap brand they will fall apart)
2 1/4 cups of water
2 Tbsp baby bath or shampoo
1 Tbsp baby oil

Cut the paper towels in half using an electric knife. Mix all the liquid ingredients together. Put towels in large mixing bowl and pour the liquid on top. Let mixture soak for 5-10 minutes and then pull out the center core. Wipes will pop up through the middle. Wipes can be stored in a plastic container or gallon size plastic bag.

Homemade baby wipes are way better. We use cloth wipes though with a solution instead of paper towels. It's much easier and less wasteful for us. But anything is better than those baby store wipes full of chemicals. yuck!

I've been posting a lot of these things in the Gallery, so don't forget to look there. http://mommysavers.com/boards/gallery/

It's a good idea to print out the directions and tape them right to the container (I used clear packing tape). That way, you'll have them handy whenever you run out and need to make them again.

For instructions on how to make more homemade baby products, visit this page:

I am going to make these today. I hate paying the price for wipes and I have a free coupon for bounty towels! Thanks!
