I have issues with it. It is saying Diet Soda is healthy but it is not. If it is going to be done then charge all soft drinks.

I think there are so many unhealthy habits out there. It is borderline discriminatory to tax only one group of people with unhealthy habits. How about an alcohol drinkers tax? Or a fast drivers tax? You could go on and on.

There are so many things wrong with this, i can't take the time right now to list them all. But seriously....

Oh, and also, in these times, he must be kidding about adding an extra tax burden to consumers.....

I think the man is out of his mind! He might as well call it the no fun tax, then we can all be as boring as him!
