BUT...the National Enquirer was the original source of the story he was having an affair which he kept denying until the National Enquirer photographed him and had proof.

So they're "saying" that he has finally admitted to Elizabeth that the baby is truly his. I guess he admitted to it (if it's true) because Elizabeth is getting ready to promote a book, and I guess his "baby mama" is sort of upset about it. So he was afraid she would spill the beans so he admitted it to Elizabeth.

So what do you think?????

I don't really care if it's his kid or not, but sooner or later this woman is going to talk. He'd have been better off admitting it from the get-go.

PLUS......IF the stories are true, the "benefactor of John Edwards" that was supporting her has died and she's bumming off friends. So not only does he have a mad "baby mama" but he's not supporting his child. Say it aint' so JOHN!!!!!

I do think she is his baby, but at the same time I don't care too much about him, his wife or the baby mama. (Well, maybe his wife a little, but you know, she needs to get rid of him if all he does is cause her pain and lie.) What about this poor baby girl? If she is his child, he needs to step up and take care of her. And if the baby's mom is really relying on friends for support of her baby, she needs to step up, too. I can't believe this man actually tried to run for president. He really doesn't seem to be much of a thinker to me.

ETA: But really it is none of my business if he has a love child or not.

It is sooooo his child!!! I heard, rumor, that baby mama is writing a book of her own and wants it to hit book stands before Elizabeth's. I find it hard to believe that Elizabeth didn't know about the affair and didn't know about the child being John's.

He was an elected official who ran for President of the United States of America....I care. He is a liar and I will never vote for him no matter what he runs for....that is why all the democrats kept him away from the DNC this last Fall.

The only people that need to know is that baby and John Edwards family.
