The way I see it, if you're looking through my windows and don't like what you see, then stop looking through my windows.
I have windows in my house so that I can see out - they aren't a viewport for passersby to observe me in my native habitat.

I saw this story on the tv last week. I think it is ridiculous if it went down as the gentleman said. Now if he had been standing at the window shaking his stuff, I would think differently, but just going from his bedroom to the kitchen nude and not expecting someone to be looking in his windows, I don't see a problem. Also, his house is not right by the sidewalk, it sits back a way so she must have either been in the yard or really looking to see that going on.

I was watching the news yesterday and a police officer gave a ticket to a lady and her list of transgressions were: an illegal U-Turn, not having her drivers liscense, and not being able to speak English. $240 in fines. The English speaking daughter was in the car with her and says they will fight the ticket. If she was a "legal driver" why was she not behind the wheel? What gets me is that the cop, by law in that state was not allowed to ask if the woman was legally in the country.
