Marriage Programs to get a boost

Even though I think we could spend funding elsewhere, I think that aiming to counsel couples to prevent divorce is a good idea. However, sometimes there's no other way - coming from a single parent home, I don't feel less balanced at all. Especially considering my father was abusive. BUT Interesting article. JMO
