If Hil ends up being the presidential nominee for the Democratic party, the Democrats basically just handed the south the the Republicans on a silver platter. I realize that the south generally leans Republican anyway, but if the Democrats had a decent nominee they might have a chance in the south because some southerners are starting to become disenchanted with the Republican party. With Hil in the driver's seat, the Dems won't have a snowball's chance in Hades down here. Southerners absolutely can't stand Hillary.

I want John McCain elected.

Jay Leno did a joke about this last night. He said Hilary Clinton wants to send more men to Iraq....particularly Barack Obama and John Edwards

Personally I think this country will have a black man before a woman president.

I could go for that. There are rumors that Alabama's governor could be McCain's running mate.

McCain and Riley? That would be a good ticket! I had not heard that.
