I really hope that he is truly sorry, and that he does spend the rest of his life behind those bars.

I am inclined to agree with you. He did *Sound* sincere but well, so did Scott Peterson when laci peterson went missing. I can appreciate that he turned himself in and didn't put his family through anymore troubles than need be. You have to wonder if perhaps it was a song and dance to make him look better *shrug* who knows.
It's sad, when you see these stories displayed all over the news - it makes you realize that it's not just "crazy" people that do this. It's everyday dad's that have surviving family members and who never saw it coming. I think it's more scary to know that SOME of these people came from families who could "never imagine this could happen" rather than just a random tragedy. Then again, some people never see the warning signs.
