Just saw this. We are planning to go next year. Guess we'll stay away from that one!

Those rides always make my queasy anyway. I don't like the spinning things but bring on the big coasters!

That's been happening a lot lately… these amusement park injuries. Makes me nervous, and I LIKE these sorts of rides.

The thing about this ride, is that people have died on it from rare complications from an existing condition that they already have. Most of the time, unfortunatly, it is something they don't realize they have. I think the ride should be taken out of there - these aren't good statistics in my book!

Hope the woman is ok. I read an article when the little boy died, and it's just unfortunate that they didn't take that as an oportunity to get the ride out of the park.

Latest Blog Entry: What a productive weekend!
I have been on this ride. It is very intense and I would NEVER let one of my children ride this. I could not move my jaw because it was being pulled away from me. Awesome thrill ride and thankfully I had no unknown health risks!

I have been on this ride, there is a less intense version of the ride that is available. That was prompted from the deaths. It is a very intense ride. The force upon "takeoff" is very real feeling. It was fun but very intense. Too many people pay no heed to the dozens of warning signs that are posted all around the ride.

I guess most people don't think they are going to get hurt or die while at the happiest place in the world. I used to love all of those crazy rides. Now that I have a child, they all look like potential death traps to me. Of course I go into panic mode when DD sits on her Sit & Spin. I am always thinking what if she gets to spinning so fast that she spins herself right off into the wall.
