I don't have a problem with that. The way developers are working nowadays, it's hard to just have open tracts of land anymore.

Finally some good news in this direction. It's about time. I do have a question to anyone who is more knoledgable than myself on the subject....

"The area is known for horseback riding and hiking trails, livestock grazing and wildlife habitat. Roughly 40,000 acres are being considered for possible mineral development..."

What is possible mineral development?

Well mineral development in my state is a fancy way of saying clear cut forests and strip mine. I am glad they included stopping that proposal in the bill.
