I did not grow up Catholic but converted.

Scary thought but how many of us have done things against the Churches teachings
that we could be thrown out for.

Our local Priest is very good with his guidance and he'll have his remarks on this I'm sure- I'm looking forward to that talk

I'm not so surprised by this. I mean isn't masturbation frowned on by the Catholic Church and many other denominations? A sex toy company could be considered part of the p*** industry too.

I'm not saying i agree with it.....but i can see where the confusion of whether or not it was appropriate for someone so involved in the church to sell this product line.

I'm not surprised. I grew up catholic but chose to go to any other church but that faith once I was old enough to make that choice. I remember getting in trouble for questioning what His logic was when he created the female body the way He did... any woman would have put the clitoris a little closer to the vaginal opening... that way we could masturbate and enjoy sex a lot easier. I know some women have no trouble achieving orgasm through intercourse sadly I am not one of them. I'm glad that woman did not allow her church to bully her into giving up something that means so much to her... it's a shame they can't mind their own business and appreciate all she contributed to the church.
