I couldn't help it, but this sort of made me chuckle. A regular old protein drink??? I am sure this was painful for the man involved, but struck me as a bit humorous in a sick way today. Now I will hide my head in shame. . .

Well, don't feel bad, I laughed at it before I even read the article! I'd be embarassed to have to go thru court for something like that! And it happened 2 yrs ago, wow, it's crazy how long it takes to get something thru court.

Oh, yes, I know that from personal experience, unfortunately! In my sponge case, I did not see any money until two years to the day after they discovered the sponge. And my case was an EASY, open and shut one! Like the hospital could argue that I put a sponge in my own abdomen during my c-section? But, I digress. . . .

I do feel bad for the guy! That is going to be a big joke going through the courts. I guess it already is to make the national news circuit, but it does make you chuckle.

Adding that to my grocery list this week!!!

Okay, this gave me a good laugh also...

Not only the idea made me laugh, his name made me roll with laughter! His name is "Woods" (last name). I think that is the funniest thing I read all day! I read it to my dh and he wasn't laughing as hard as I was about the subject, but when I read the name of the guy, he started laughing hard!
